Users and Security
Click on <Users>.
To Create a New User.
Click on <Create New> to add a new user. Enter 0 or blank = No Access, 1 = Read Only, 3 = Reports, 4 = Update, 5 >= Special Options.
The shortcut method to add a new user. Double Click on an existing user. Change the User name, Password, and Initials. Click <Save>. The new user will be added and will have the same security as the existing user.
